Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a technical role with data warehousing expertise.
- Experience with query tuning, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with relational databases, SQL, NoSQL, MPP, OLTP, and OLAP.
- Production programming experience in SQL and Python, Scala, or Java.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP clouds.
- 3 years of customer-facing experience in a pre-sales or post-sales role.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership to guide strategic customers to successful cloud transformations.
- Architect production workloads for Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
- Perform end-to-end pipeline load performance testing and optimization.
- Assist Solution Architects with custom proof of concept content and workload sizing.
- Tune workloads for production performance.
- Contribute tutorials and training to improve community adoption.
- Participate in hackathons and conference presentations.
