Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Information Systems, or related field 1+ year of experience working with Workday or other major HRIS platforms Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and data accuracy Clear communicator who enjoys solving problems and supporting others Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and comfort working with data Experience supporting Workday operations or configuration Familiarity with HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, employee transactions, compliance) Experience in a fast-paced, scaling, or fintech environment
Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day Workday operations (onboarding, offboarding, data loads, troubleshooting) Ensure accurate and consistent people data across systems Liaise with legal team to ensure compliance with local requirements Support compliance and audit efforts Partner with People, IT, and cross-functional teams to automate manual processes Contribute to projects enhancing employee and manager self-service Document workflows, configuration decisions, and system changes Act as a resource for employee Workday questions Support creation of learning resources for Workday users
