Finance Analyst

Broad experience across finance operational processes (payroll, invoicing, accounting/bookkeeping, HMRC returns). Great attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Prior startup, high growth, or small company experience is preferred. Passion for sustainability is a bonus.

Support core operations including payroll, supplier payments, and customer invoicing. Manage customer and supplier delivery schedules. Handle customer and supplier onboarding. Prepare month-end financial numbers and analysis. Assist with quarterly investor reporting and annual accounts. Support budgeting and cashflow forecasting.
