Requirements:
1-3 years of SDR/BDR experience, ideally in SaaS, affiliate, or creator economy. Self-starter capable of prospecting independently through various channels (email, social media). Strong ability to nurture relationships and activate promoters. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Organized and metrics-driven with comfort using CRM tools. Experience with affiliate programs, creator partnerships, or influencer marketing is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential affiliates, creators, and agency partners. Manage outbound campaigns and follow up on leads. Convert leads into active sign-ups. Onboard new affiliates and explain ThriveCart's value. Provide ongoing support and encouragement to affiliates. Track and monitor affiliate engagement and campaign optimization. Build relationships with affiliates to maximize retention and revenue. Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and active affiliates. Hit and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs. Collaborate with partnerships and marketing teams.
