Cloud Platform Engineer

Profound experience in creating, operating, and maintaining cloud infrastructure on Azure, AWS, and GCP. Strong software engineering skills, with experience in a strongly-typed, compiled language, preferably GoLang. Infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform, Pulumi or similar. Solid understanding of distributed microservice systems, including high availability, scalability, and zero downtime deployments. Experience in CI/CD, with the ability to develop and operate continuously deployed applications in production using Kubernetes. Understanding for monitoring and observability, leverage Grafana and Prometheus. Exceptional communication skills. Independent work style, taking full ownership of responsibilities with a proactive approach.

Design, implement, and maintain scalable, automated, and resilient infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and GCP. Provision cloud resources using Pulumi and Terraform, aligning with IaC practices. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes. Leverage Istio to manage traffic, monitor services, and implement security measures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify infrastructure needs and propose solutions. Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve cloud infrastructure and deployment strategies.
