Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field 5+ years of progressive HR experience At least 2 years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance standards Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict‑resolution skills Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Proficiency in HR systems and tools (ATS, HRIS, payroll platforms)
