Manage communication with startups and founders regarding schedules and updates. Liaise with mentors, experts, and guests for smooth coordination. Work with the Marketing & Communications team on marketing materials. Draft, review, and edit official communication materials. Lead end-to-end planning and execution of program events. Own event logistics including venues, agendas, and timelines. Ensure events meet quality standards and partner commitments. Design, distribute, and analyze satisfaction surveys. Track program performance metrics. Consolidate insights into actionable reporting. Support leadership in preparing progress reports and presentations. Maintain accurate stakeholder databases. Support scheduling and coordination of meetings and workshops. Manage program content and resources on internal platforms. Provide day-to-day operational support.
