Requirements
- Min 2 years of previous experience as a developer or a QA
- Min 3 years experience as a Business Analyst, Project or Program manager or similar in a complex environment
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Change management skills
- Sufficient business analyst proficiency (requirements elicitation, user story/spec writing, task decomposition, etc.)
- Very good people management skills and overall interest to pursue people management path
- Fluent English
- Ability to work later hours to accommodate US stakeholders

- Implementing development processes
