Requirements:
Licensed to practice as an APP in IL Minimum of 3 years of menopause experience, including prescribing and managing hormone therapy (HT) Committed to studying & sitting for the Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) exam Experience using data to drive patient engagement, activation, and clinical outcomes Experience working with interdisciplinary successful teams Residence in MA or a nursing compact state
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct patient care and clinical oversight for individuals navigating perimenopause and menopause. Oversee medical care to improve clinical outcomes for patients. Review complex patient cases, develop care plans, and support clinical team members. Monitor adverse events and conduct clinical retros to identify areas for protocol improvement. Lead development and review of evidence-based medical protocols and algorithms for menopause care. Participate in continuous quality improvement efforts.
