UK qualified junior/mid-level lawyer Proven post-qualification experience Experience reviewing and negotiating technology/SaaS agreements Ability to balance legal risk with commercial goals Comfortable leading contract negotiations Good understanding of UK and EU data protection laws Exceptional writing skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize and stay focused Experience in Enterprise level SaaS MSA and DPA negotiations (great to have) Interest in AI and understanding of regulatory framework (great to have)
