1–5 years of professional design experience. Agency experience or in-house marketing team experience strongly preferred. Portfolio demonstrating strong layout, typography, and visual hierarchy. Portfolio demonstrating marketing/performance creative (ads, campaigns, landing page visuals, emails). Portfolio demonstrating range across digital and print formats. Excellent eye for composition, spacing, color, and typography. Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, customer-friendly visuals. Strong understanding of brand systems and consistency. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Comfortable working in Figma. Comfortable using Canva for fast, templated production. Familiarity with asset handoff for web and paid media. Fast, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects. Comfortable with feedback and iteration. Comfortable leveraging AI tools for ideation and automation.
