Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred At least 2 years of experience in an HR Assistant or similar role Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, background checks, and audit documentation Familiarity with payroll or timekeeping processes Experience creating or updating SOPs or process documentation Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle confidential information professionally Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Workspace
