5-8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development. Experience with RICEF, Object-Oriented ABAP, and HCM HR-ABAP. Experience in SuccessFactors technical integrations using CPI / PI-PO / APIs / OData. Strong experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central or any other SF module. Hands-on experience with IDOCs, RFCs, Web Services, SAP HR Infotypes, and ABAP HR logical databases. Experience with Payroll / Time / HR core integrations is an advantage. Good understanding of SAP HCM functional concepts and SuccessFactors provisioning/instance management. Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-interaction skills. Ability to work in Agile and cross-functional team environments.
