Junior Product Manager

Hands-on experience with bug reporting and issue tracking. Experience with user testing or UAT. Ability to write tickets including user stories and acceptance criteria. Familiarity with basic scope planning. Experience working or interning in an agile team. Comfortable using tools like Jira, Notion or Confluence, Slack, and Figma.

Translate user needs into actionable product requirements. Triage bugs and support issues, assessing impact and driving to resolution. Write clear tickets with strong acceptance criteria. Track progress and follow up on work completion. Communicate context clearly and ensure decisions are understood. Support QA and UAT across devices, markets, and use cases. Assess trade-offs and flag risks early. Monitor support trends and usage signals to inform iteration.
