Requirements
- 2-4 years of product design experience, ideally on mobile consumer apps
- Strong interaction design, visual design, and layout fundamentals
- Ability to create polished UI in Figma
- Experience with Figma prototyping
- Ability to present work clearly and incorporate feedback
- Solid understanding of design principles, usability, and mobile UX patterns
- Experience with AI-driven products (nice-to-have)
- Experience in entertainment, social, or chat-based apps (nice-to-have)
- Comfortable designing NSFW content (nice-to-have)
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for individual features
- Translate product requirements into clear, intuitive, mobile-first interfaces
- Contribute to the evolution of our design system
- Apply user insights and competitive patterns to improve usability and engagement
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and senior designers
- Rapidly prototype and test ideas
- Participate in design reviews and implement feedback quickly
- Communicate design rationale clearly across teams
- Iterate based on data, experiment results, and stakeholder feedback
- Support fast-paced A/B testing with quick design iterations
- Experiment with AI-assisted design workflows
