Adapt and develop solutions to client problems Gather requirements, solutioning, configuration, documentation, functional testing, and knowledge transfer Understand business processes and advise on fulfilling requirements within the Salesforce ecosystem Design and execute solutions including data mapping, object modeling, page layout design, and business process workflows Integrate, troubleshoot and fix issues between Salesforce and other Business Systems Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets using Salesforce data tools Provide changelogs and documentation on platform updates Address user questions, aggregate and prioritize user feedback, and plan and implement Salesforce enhancements Identify Salesforce problems, develop fixes, ensure quality assurance testing, and implement solutions Document and train staff on system best practices and processes Review, recommend and implement new system features and updates
