Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO), specifically Supply Chain Management. Strong functional expertise in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, focusing on Inventory Management and Procurement & Sourcing modules. Proven experience configuring workflows, purchasing policies, vendor catalogs, inventory controls, and approval processes. Microsoft certifications such as Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant or Solution Architect are preferred. Strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Gather requirements related to inventory, procurement, and supply chain operations. Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules. Analyze and recommend improvements for inventory, procurement, and vendor management processes. Lead or support end-to-end implementation activities. Deliver end-user training and provide functional support. Prepare test scenarios, execute functional testing, and support UAT. Stay updated on Dynamics 365 enhancements and support post-go-live optimization.
