Requirements:

Experienced in leading capture teams (Preferred).
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive Federal Capture market research on government procurement portals. Gather intelligence on upcoming procurements and agency priorities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop winning proposals and capture plans. Conduct daily/weekly/monthly actions with customers to generate leads, submit proposals, and win opportunities. Conduct customer calls and meetings to understand client requirements and provide product demonstrations. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations. Utilize CRM platforms such as HubSpot for lead management. Collaborate with partners to develop teaming agreements. Write and edit proposal content. Navigate and interpret government solicitations and RFPs. Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders. Maintain documentation of market research and proposal activities. Identify opportunities for process improvement.
