Prior experience working with insurer and/or HMO licensure, regulatory filings, or a closely related compliance function. Familiarity with the NAIC Uniform Certificate of Authority Application (UCAA) and related subsections. Proficiency in conducting research via State Insurance Department websites, bulletins, and applicable statutes/regulations. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple filings, deadlines, and priorities. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing, reviewing, and archiving. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, shared drives). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
