Requirements:
7+ years of experience in growth, product management, product marketing, or a related field in a B2B SaaS company with a product-led motion. 3+ years leading or heavily contributing to a PLG strategy at scale. Deep understanding of SaaS business models, product usage metrics, and funnel optimization. Strong knowledge of user onboarding, behavioral analytics, and experimentation frameworks. Hands-on experience with product analytics tools, marketing automation, and in-app messaging platforms is an advantage. Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and commercial stakeholders in a remote, international environment. Analytical thinker with excellent execution and project management skills. Comfortable operating in ambiguity and wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced scale-up. Passion for great UX and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Define and lead PLG vision and roadmap for user acquisition, activation, conversion, and expansion. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to develop and optimize self-serve journeys. Build and iterate on in-product experiences, onboarding flows, and conversion paths. Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure cohesive user experience and retention. Integrate product-led and sales-led growth motions for structural upgrades. Scale a culture of experimentation and data-informed decision-making. Ensure PLG revenue stream operations meet best-in-class business standards. Own self-serve funnel metrics and KPIs, analyzing usage patterns and drop-offs. Provide input into PLG pricing. Partner with Marketing for timely and personalized campaigns. Assess market, user feedback, and behavioral data for growth opportunities. Lead and mentor a growth squad with a test-and-learn mindset. Serve as a thought leader for PLG across the company. Champion a customer-first culture. Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success for strong handoffs.
