Requirements:
Minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Time & Attendance administration, preferable knowledge in UKG Workforce Management. Minimum of 3 years processing payroll, knowledge in ADP WorkforceNow a must. Associate degree, or equivalent, relevant work experience. Knowledge of 401K withholding and common benefit withholdings. Ability to multi-task, pivot, and be flexible in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong organizational, analytical, accounting, math, writing, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are required.
Responsibilities:
Assists facility payroll personnel with accurate and timely payroll processing. Ensures an accurate and timely record of employee information. Supports all aspects of the payroll process. Maintains a solid audit trail and produces related reports. Perform analysis, reconciliation, and audits of timekeeping, payroll data. Processing and monitoring of wage garnishments, tax liens, child support orders, and required notifications. Ensuring accuracy of all new hire data and changes processed via WorkforceNow system. Ensure timely processing of leaves of absence and terminations in WorkforceNow system. Processing of employment verifications, unemployment claims, disability claims, and other payroll or benefits related documents.
