Cybersecurity Engineer T3

4-5 years of experience in cybersecurity or a related field Strong understanding of infrastructure security concepts (network, endpoint, cloud, application) Hands-on experience identifying, analyzing, and responding to security incidents Strong incident management and response skills Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST 800-171, 800-53, CSF) and CIS Controls Experience with security tools (firewalls, SIEM, email security, vulnerability scanners, EDR) Proficiency with vendors (Proofpoint, Fortinet, Cisco, Sophos, SonicWall) Strong understanding of networking protocols and services Expertise in securing cloud-hosted systems, servers, and applications Knowledge of operating system hardening best practices Familiarity with current hacker techniques and countermeasures Strong Microsoft 365 security experience Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Secure client IT assets against cyber threats Monitor and analyze security tools and logs Investigate, triage, and respond to security incidents Configure, maintain, and support security technologies Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 security practices Participate in vulnerability management efforts Engage in client discussions about security Apply data encryption best practices Analyze security data and generate reports Provide after-hours and weekend support during incidents
