Perform bank and credit card reconciliations. Code revenue and expenses according to the Standard Chart of Accounts. Review and record payroll transactions. Review and adjust balance sheet accounts. Review weekly uncleared transactions and suggest solutions. Pull account statements for reconciliations. Research reconciliation issues and submit suggested resolutions. Backup processor for bank fees, coding transactions. Match and review transactions from bank feeds. Make suggestions for recurring transactions rules. Research suggested coding for transactions. Write or record questions for clients regarding bank feed activity. Record payroll transactions using templates and supporting documentation. Upload journal entries to QuickBooks and/or Xero.
