Solutions Architect (ArcGIS Administrator)

3+ years of hands-on experience managing, developing, or administering ArcGIS Enterprise solutions. Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to executive stakeholders and creating detailed solution documentation. Proven skills in monitoring ArcGIS Enterprise systems for performance and stability, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing system functionality. Expertise in investigating performance issues, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions. Strong programming experience in Python for task automation and operational efficiency. Demonstrated experience with the installation, configuration, and administration of ArcGIS Enterprise. Practical experience setting up and managing High Availability environments for ArcGIS Enterprise. Ability to resolve user issues related to ArcGIS components efficiently and effectively. Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Bitbucket, GitHub). Ability to build and manage scalable, secure platforms aligned with strategic goals. Familiarity with enterprise IT environments, including database systems, network infrastructures, and security protocols. Deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, and Snowflake ecosystems. Extensive experience managing enterprise data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, Azure Data Warehouse) with strong skills in performance tuning and troubleshooting.
