Requirements:
Proven experience as a Producer in social media content creation, digital media, or a related field. Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills. A good eye for storytelling, pacing, and content quality. Ability to manage budgets and negotiate contracts. Proficiency with content management tools and social media platforms. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage and produce complex content daily on a global scale. Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar. Ensure timely content distribution across platforms. Assist in the ideation, planning, production, and posting of stories. Identify and troubleshoot production challenges. Coordinate internal teams and external contributors. Learn new tools and systems. Conduct in-depth research for stories, trends, and ideas.
