MS/PH.D or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. 20+ years of experience in CE/Media/Entertainment with experience as Director/Sr. Dr. level and above. Experience in ATSC, CTA and other groups related to the broadcast industry (e.g. SMPTE, NABA, CTA WAVE, ITU, IEC, SCTE, DASH-IF, etc.). Proven experience in leading junior team members.

Lead HDR10+ standardization efforts in CTA, WAVE, SCTE, SMPTE, and other relevant standards. Participate in ATSC 3.0/NEXTGEN TV standards maintenance and evolution. Standardize IAMF Audio over HDMI in relevant standards development in CTA. Lead technical interactions with companies on standardization and commercial agreements. Lead promotion, deployment, and expanded footprint for Samsung technology in TV broadcast. Collaborate and coordinate with broadcasters. Assist in promotion at industry events like CES and NABShow.
