Source top talent across Croatia, with a focus on developers and technical roles Write and publish compelling job ads Review incoming applications and handle the first round of candidate screening Support interview coordination and participate in interviews Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process Maintain clear and up-to-date candidate tracking and communication in our ATS Collaborate closely with the rest of the People team and top management to align priorities and manage timelines
