Requirements:
5+ years experience in a Solutions Engineer or related customer-facing position. Understanding of enterprise business models, content distribution, audience engagement, and technical solutions. Experience with WordPress, PHP, or consulting. Demonstrated experience building Proofs of Concept and leading demo presentations. Worked closely with Account Executive teams on complex sales opportunities. Outstanding communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Partner with Sales and Customer Success to qualify new business opportunities. Identify and solve customer problems through project management and technical consultation. Build proofs of concept and lead the demo process. Contribute to the RFP/RFI process with technical responses. Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, and infrastructure.
