Requirements:
4+ years of midmarket or enterprise B2B sales engineering or solution architecture experience. Success co-selling with AEs and collaborating with CS, Professional Services, Product, and Partnerships. Excellence in discovery and storytelling, simplifying complex trade-offs. Strong command of consultative and value-based selling skills. Strong understanding of enterprise software, IT landscapes, and content management systems. Strong understanding of AI-driven and agentic commerce trends. Fluency across web architectures, payments, and data/privacy fundamentals. Developer-level literacy (ability to read code samples, use Postman, speak in API).
Responsibilities:
Partner with sales account teams to demonstrate value and technical capabilities. Own the technical win: lead workshops, proofs of concept, and pilots. Accelerate onboarding and expansion by supporting Customer Success. Forecast with discipline and maintain CRM hygiene. Collaborate across departments to advance GTM strategy. Align with product organization and provide customer feedback. Demonstrate platform value through ROI analysis and presentations. Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions. Collaborate with sales leadership to onboard and train Account Executive team members. Raise the bar internally by building repeatable demos, reference implementations, and playbooks.
