3+ years of Workday implementation experience with 3+ full lifecycle data conversions Workday Data Conversion Certification or other relevant certifications (Workday Integrations, Workday Studio, Workday Prism, etc.) Strong expertise in Workday HCM and Financials data structures Hands-on experience with EIBs, iLoads, and Workday Studio Proficiency in SQL, Excel, CSV transformations, and data validation Knowledge of data security and compliance requirements Excellent client-facing communication skills Willingness to travel up to 30%

Lead end-to-end Workday data conversion for mid-sized and enterprise implementations Define data conversion strategy, mapping, transformation, and timelines Build and execute EIBs, iLoads, and Workday Studio integrations Perform mock conversions, data validation, reconciliation, and defect resolution Support testing, cutover, go-live, and post–go-live data activities Serve as the primary data conversion SME for clients
