Requirements:
Proven sales/business development track record of growing a client base and signing contracts Bachelor’s degree in Business or related, Biochemistry, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Microbiology or related life science major 8+ years Sales/Business Development experience Key account and territory management experience with academic, biotech/pharmaceutical life science customers Understanding of the cell therapy market initiatives and preferably previous relationships with innovators in these accounts Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize projects and customers Results driven, passionate, with intrinsic motivation Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence Strong relationship building, delivery and closing skills Effective communication skills, verbal and written Strong analytical skills Hands-on, roll-up your sleeves attitude Ability to adapt to evolving priorities Experience in a fast-paced startup environment Experience owning end to end sales process with clients Strong contract negotiating skills Strong time-management and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Ability to actively manage the CRM system Business Development experience in a CDMO environment (preferred) Advanced degree in field or MBA (preferred) Experience working in start-up or service provider environment (preferred) Ability to work both autonomously and within a cross-functional team (preferred) Strong leadership and persuasion skills across senior leadership level (preferred)
Responsibilities:
Execute business development and sales initiatives Identify potential new clients and arrange meetings with decision makers Develop commercial strategy, goals, and actions with executive leadership Establish new company relationships within the Cell and Gene Therapy industry Call on prospective accounts, provide product information, and support proposal generation Understand cell therapy market needs and communicate Kincell Bio's value proposition Present Kincell Bio core technical services to clients Translate client needs into reality with internal teams Build new strategic contacts, networks, and business relationships Advance client opportunities and negotiate agreements Coordinate RFP response Track and communicate progress on customers (pipeline review) Host customers for onsite company visits/audits Attend industry meetings and conferences Negotiate SOWs, T&Cs/DMSAs
