Lead end-to-end sales cycles including discovery calls, proposal sharing, commercial negotiations, and deal closures. Ensure smooth onboarding and rapid time-to-first-shipment by coordinating closely with internal operations, tech, and support teams. Identify accounts with long-term potential for fulfillment expansion and enable structured cross-sell conversations in collaboration with relevant teams. Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline with accurate tracking of leads, conversions, and revenue forecasts. Share customer feedback, competitive insights, and courier-level intelligence with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
