Escrow Management Supervisor

4–6 years of experience in mortgage servicing with extensive knowledge of escrow analysis and escrow operations. 2 years in a proven supervisory or lead role. Experience working with Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and Ginnie Mae loan products and guidelines. Demonstrated leadership experience with responsibility for supervising teams, managing performance, and resolving escalations. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities with a focus on process optimization. Strong knowledge of escrow procedures, documentation, and compliance standards. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency with mortgage servicing systems and tools. High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

Supervise, coach, and develop a team of escrow specialists. Own daily escrow workflow management. Serve as the escalation point for complex loan-level issues. Provide oversight for escrow analysis operations and regulatory compliance. Conduct and monitor quality control reviews. Ensure accuracy and compliance across escrow-related activities. Analyze operational trends and provide reporting to leadership. Partner with cross-functional teams. Maintain and enforce compliance standards. Implement and maintain procedures to improve quality, turnaround time, and productivity. Monitor compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
