Active NP or PA license in home state Five years of clinical experience managing complex medical issues in an oncology and/or hematology environment Exceptional client-facing skills including executive written & verbal communication Impeccable attention to detail and organization Highly professional demeanor under pressure Insatiable clinical curiosity, creative thinking, and complex problem-solving skills Technically savvy and comfortable navigating various tech platforms

Serve as lead clinician and engagement manager Collaborate with team members to uncover care improvement opportunities Utilize clinical expertise and problem-solving skills to identify key issues Engage with top experts and guide patients to optimized care plans Explore specialized diagnostics to define underlying mechanisms and treatment options Enable patients to access personalized care and guide them to the best treatment plan Build strong client relationships and manage complex medical issues Coordinate care and facilitate best diagnostic and therapeutic treatment options Provide high-level clinical management and education to clients and families Work closely with clinical and research team members to identify latest therapies Network with key opinion leaders to invite collaboration Manage other clinical staff as it relates to a particular case or service line
