Business Analyst II

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst. At least 3+ years of experience in Tableau & SQL. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze large datasets. Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced functions and formulas. Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Intermediate to advanced SQL skills. Advanced Tableau skills. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives. Facilitate workshops and meetings to capture business requirements. Document detailed functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Maintain clear and accurate documentation. Utilize SQL to translate business requirements into design decisions and build Tableau dashboards. Collaborate with the data team to develop Tableau dashboards and reports. Participate in testing/QA phase to ensure outputs meet business needs. Serve as a key liaison between business units and the data team. Recommend improvements to business processes, data resources, and dashboard functionalities.
