Junior Accountant

1-2 years of experience in a similar Finance role, preferably in SaaS. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization. Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Comfort working with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets). Willingness to learn accounting and CRM systems. Diploma or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.

Prepare and issue customer invoices. Review billing details and contract data. Maintain customer account records. Follow up on outstanding receivables. Respond to customer billing inquiries. Resolve billing discrepancies. Assist in preparing AR aging analyses and financial reports. Support month-end close activities. Identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows. Support the implementation of tools and automation.
