Design and execute end-to-end recruiting strategies Own full-cycle recruiting for senior and specialized engineering roles Partner with leadership to define hiring priorities and forecast needs Build and maintain candidate pipelines through sourcing and networking Manage applicant tracking systems and recruiting dashboards Conduct pre-screening interviews Promote the organization's reputation for technical talent
