7–12 years of experience recruiting for technical roles in fast-paced technology environments Proven expertise hiring senior-level engineers, including hands-on experience recruiting Golang engineers Strong knowledge of modern sourcing techniques, interview methodologies, and candidate assessment practices Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting analytics Solid understanding of HR best practices and applicable labor regulations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly autonomous, organized, and comfortable operating in a remote-first, high-growth environment
