Senior Product Manager (Derivative Trading Growth & UX)

5+ years of product management or product development experience in trading, financial products, or fintech Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sciences, Engineering, or a related field Strong knowledge of derivative trading products and trading platforms Ability to translate complex customer needs into clear business objectives and product requirements Proven analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Experience with UX principles and delivering high-quality user experiences Familiarity with agile product development practices

Lead the full lifecycle of derivative trading product initiatives Conduct competitor analysis and leverage customer feedback Collaborate closely with engineering teams to execute the product roadmap Partner with cross-functional teams for seamless product delivery Monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and iterate to improve user experience Champion the adoption of new features and advocate for trader needs Act as the key liaison between business strategy and technical execution
