Senior Staff Data Scientist

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. 8+ years of experience in a Data Science (or similar) position. Experience in mentoring and developing the technical skills of team members. Demonstrated experience contributing to strategic roadmaps with high-quality, reproducible analysis. Expertise in applied statistics (predictive modeling, hypothesis testing, regressions), segmentation, and experimentation (A/B testing). Proficiency in SQL. Experience with a programming language like Python or R. Curiosity about business and product data. Thrive collaborating with product teams in a fast-paced environment.

Define and lead Webflow’s long-term data strategy. Partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities for data to improve user experience, growth, and business outcomes. Establish, standardize, and refine product and business metrics. Lead experimentation strategy, mentoring teams on experimental design and causal inference. Serve as a technical and strategic mentor to Data Scientists. Collaborate with Data Engineering and platform teams to strengthen data foundations.
