Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related technical field 3 + Years of project management and/or product owner experience with software product development 3+ years Scrum Master or equivalent experience in a high-agility environment Experience and proficiency in managing projects under multiple SDLC methodologies, including agile/scrum and waterfall Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and negotiation skills Proficiency and experience using Jira including advanced roadmaps and other development collaboration software tools Superb analytical skills Experience delivering to market a software product from start to finish Prior experience working with cross-functional teams Broad understanding of modern engineering methodologies, cloud software technologies and infrastructure techniques
Responsibilities:
Communicate objectives, priorities, progress, accomplishments, changes, and impediments clearly and consistently Partner, negotiate, and collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and decision makers Help define and document the timeline of milestones, and identify/address dependencies Support product backlog grooming and ensure organization at all times Schedule and facilitate team meetings including standard scrum rituals Define and provide metrics and reports on project progress regularly Enable scoping, planning, and estimation efforts Support staffing utilization management Identify, analyze, mitigate, and proactively respond to project, financial, and operational risks Help foster a work culture that recognizes and supports individual differences Optimize existing tools/processes or propose new ones
