Requirements:
Recent (within the last 5 years), meaningful sales experience, including building trust, tailoring solutions, and closing deals. Experience influencing buying decisions from start to finish. Ownership of outcomes, often tied to goals, metrics, or earnings/commissions. Ability to handle objections, follow up with leads, and earn the sale. Thrive working remotely and stay self-motivated. Succeeded in fast-paced or performance-based roles. Strong competitive drive and hunger to earn. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers. Stay focused under pressure and in high-volume settings. Ability to learn quickly. Must register with the NMLS (Neighbors Bank will facilitate and cover costs).
Responsibilities:
Educate borrowers on the loan process and identify financing options. Analyze credit, income, and assets to prequalify or deny applications. Structure loans, issue pre-approvals, and manage the process through closing. Provide clear, ongoing communication with borrowers and their real estate agent. Secure documentation and ensure all stages of the loan process are completed efficiently.
