Recent (within the last 5 years), meaningful sales experience where building trust, tailoring solutions, and closing deals were primary responsibilities. Experience influencing buying decisions from start to finish. Experience with ownership of outcomes, often tied to goals, metrics, or earnings/commissions. Experience handling objections, following up with leads, and earning the sale. Ability to learn quickly. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers. Ability to stay focused under pressure and in high-volume settings. Must register with the NMLS (Neighbors Bank will facilitate and cover costs).
