Minimum of five years of related product management experience, preferably in UCaaS or telecommunications sectors. Strong understanding of telecommunications technologies, particularly VoIP and unified communications. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex technology products. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively. Strong project management skills, with experience using Agile methodologies. Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and analytics platforms. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
