Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role. Focus on enterprise software or product development. ERP experience (ideally within Netsuite) is highly desirable. Payments/Embedded Payments experience is desirable, specifically within Treasury and Accounts Payable workflows. Experience translating complex treasury workflows and liquidity management needs into clear product requirements. Demonstrated proficiency in requirements modeling (e.g., user stories, use cases, process flowcharts). Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Ability to analyze and synthesize complex business information into executive summary reports. Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Products. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field required.
Responsibilities:
Elicit, analyze, document, and manage business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories. Tactically execute product requirements aligned to the product roadmap. Map, document, and optimize end-to-end business processes. Collaborate with Product Managers, subject matter experts, and Engineering teams. Represent product in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and prioritization. Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage stakeholder feedback. Create and maintain documentation, including process flow diagrams and solution design documents. Stay current with trends in FinTech, AI/ML in finance, and regulatory compliance.
