Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Experienced in Java development Proven track record of designing, developing, and maintaining robust Java applications Deep technical expertise in core Java concepts (multithreading, concurrency, optimization) Excel in designing scalable and high-performance architectures (microservices, RESTful APIs, cloud-native) Collaborative leader with experience leading engineering teams and mentoring junior engineers Strong design skills in Java and Spring Experience with CI/CD tools (Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, Spinnaker) Ability to architect scalable and efficient systems Strong expertise in database management (PostgreSQL) Hands-on experience in database migrations and schema evolution Comprehensive understanding of cloud environments, microservices, and distributed systems Proficiency with Kubernetes and Docker Quick to grasp and adapt to new domains Familiarity with PHP and Shell Scripting is a plus
