Vice President, Finance - India

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional certification preferred Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance At least 10 years in senior leadership roles (Head of Finance, VP, GM, or equivalent) Experience in US based SaaS, technology, high-growth public company, or private equity environments Experience scaling and running a shared services center / center of excellence for US based organizations Deep knowledge of Indian and international accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory compliance Demonstrated experience in financial planning & analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision support Strong leadership, people management, and team development skills Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with financial systems and tools (e.g., Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce, Hubspot, Excel) Outstanding communication and presentation skills

Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies Oversee and improve financial operations (Procure-to-Pay, Order-To-Cash, payroll, intercompany accounting) Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team Provide financial and business decision support to executive leadership Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation Collaborate to drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and profitability Prepare and present financial analysis and spending insights
