2+ years of experience as a Payment/Data Analyst. Proficient in SQL for large datasets. Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Metabase, or similar). Understanding of payment system metrics (approval rate, conversion rate, decline rate, fraud rate, chargebacks, routing efficiency). Experience building dashboards, alerts, reports, and forecasts. Understanding of A/B testing, cohort analysis, and funnel analysis. Experience collaborating with product, technical, and business teams. Experience with Payment Service Providers (PSPs), anti-fraud systems, and risk management. Understanding of financial flows, revenue metrics, and reconciliation processes.
