Senior Fullstack Software Engineer (Nova)

5+ years of experience building full-stack applications in production environments. Strong proficiency with TypeScript and experience across frontend and backend systems. Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React preferred) and backend application development. Ability to design clean, maintainable APIs and internal interfaces. Strong collaboration skills with product and design. Ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and drive work to completion. Interest in building intelligent, agent-driven experiences.

Build and iterate on frontend and backend components for agentic user experiences. Collaborate with design and product teams on conversational interaction patterns. Integrate frontend workflows with backend services, platform APIs, and internal tooling. Contribute to the evolution of agent workflows and supporting infrastructure. Participate in architectural and design discussions for scalability and maintainability. Write high-quality, well-tested code and refine engineering standards. Debug production issues, improve observability, and contribute to system reliability. Partner with engineers from concept to production delivery.
