Responsibilities:
Supervise, coach, and develop a team of 10+ Coaches. Lead hiring, onboarding, and ongoing professional development for Coaches. Conduct regular 1:1s and performance conversations. Monitor Coach and learner data to identify training needs. Foster a team culture rooted in accountability, inclusivity, and continuous improvement. Identify and amplify coaching best practices. Oversee assigned cohorts for operational consistency and quality. Use program dashboards/data to monitor learner progress and engagement. Develop and implement engagement strategies and manage learner communications. Lead escalation resolution for at-risk learners. Standardize coaching practices and ensure alignment to curriculum expectations. Partner with Program Design to surface insights and refine curriculum. Ensure Coaches track outcomes and verify achievements. Ensure smooth coordination across scheduling, staffing, and learner communication workflows. Collaborate in cross-departmental workstreams. Share insights with the MD of Coaching and Program Directors. Provide feedback to Engineering, Data, and Design teams. Contribute to organizational experiments. Support rollout of organizational changes.
